New Compressed Air System Installation at Prestigious Aerospace Company

CAS Products works with many blue chip companies throughout the UK and we have just supplied and fitted a completely new, compressed air system at a prestigious Aerospace factory.

The new system comprised of a Worthington energy efficient variable speed compressor, receiver, dryer and filters.

A fully compressed air ring was installed with drops for machinery and shot blasting, paint spraying and breathing. The compressor was linked in to the customers main computer system to allow them easy monitoring and analysis.

The new energy efficient system will save the company money in relation to electrical costs and the system will pay for itself within 3 years. As if that wasn’t enough, it also comes with a comprehensive 5 year warranty!

Energy efficient is very important to the customer and they have undertaken to log energy usage at their other sites to show the full extent of the electricity savings the new system provides.

So impressed is the customer with the new system and the running costs savings, that they have asked CAS Products to look after their existing machines, providing 24 hour back-up cover and undertaking breathing checks on their compressed air system every three months. Additionally, they are looking to install similar systems at two other factories.
