Total Care FAQs
Can you cover my existing equipment?
We will cover your existing equipment under Total Care, although we need to know the full history of your equipment to be able to provide the uptime guarantee. We may need to perform a comprehensive service of your equipment up-front at an extra cost, so we can make sure that you don’t encounter any unexpected hitches along the way. It’s the best way for us to stick to our word – when we say we guarantee the uptime, we mean it. If we’re unable to establish the history of the machine we may require some exclusions to the contract.
How do you support all the different products?
We provide regular training to our engineers on all aspects of compressor service, across all brands of compressor. We have access to the manufacturer training for ALUP, Pneumatech, Atlas Copco and more brands, so you’re getting the very best the industry can offer when it comes to keeping your equipment running perfectly. With technology becoming increasingly complex and ever-more reliant on electronic systems, it’s critical that compressed air systems are serviced by those in the know.
How do you guarantee uptime?
Our compressor engineers fully inspect your equipment during a routine service and ensure any at-risk parts are changed, not just those due to be swapped. This ensures maximum reliability and stress-free production. In addition, ALUP and Pneumatech product experts address any early signs that your compressor performance is dropping, allowing our engineers to intervene before any issues appear – all as part of Total Care.
What’s covered under Total Care?
We will include as much as possible under Total Care to ensure maximum simplicity when you deal with us. This means we’ll cover:
- Compressors and Gas Generators
- All types of dryer (refrigerant, membrane, desiccant types)
- Line filters and line water separators
- Oil-water separators
- Coalescent drains (timer and zero-loss types)
Why don’t you cover pipework / air distribution systems?
We do cover pipework, but under a different agreement. This is because there are very different requirements when maintaining compressed air distribution networks, including mandatory testing when distributing breathing-grade air.
